Delete your account

Applies to the BrinkOps Service app and website.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your BrinkOps account and its data at any time, in either of these ways:

  • In the app or website: go to Settings → Delete account and follow the prompt.
  • By email: write to cole@brinkops.io from the email address on your account, with the subject "account deletion request."

We verify the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your BrinkOps business workspace and the data in it, including:

  • Your account profile and login;
  • Your business profile and settings;
  • Customers and contacts you stored;
  • Leads, quotes, jobs, invoices, and messages;
  • Uploaded files and photos.

Deletion applies to the entire workspace, so it also removes access for any staff members on your account.

What we may retain

Some records are kept where the law requires it — for example, financial and tax records tied to payments. Backups are purged on a rolling cycle. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days. For about 90 days after closure we can restore the workspace if you ask us to, after which Customer Data is permanently deleted (except records we must retain by law).
